Make Orr an Elite Area
I recently remembered that when I started playing Guild Wars, I was hoping very much to be able to travel to the Orr "Islands" to fight a countless army of undead, just to have my hopes shattered. And I figure, why not add in the area there to keep people from being bored until GW2 comes out. I expect a lot of people to say "I'm not bored I got such and such to do." that such and such being new characters, the HoM, or whatever. But for those who have already done it, and for those who need a break from the same thing being done over and over, I thought this would be a fun thing to put in. I doubt that it will be but I just thought it would be a good idea to at least post this thought. Comments *both for and against* are welcomed, just no pointless flaming please!

Hm
I think many people would like to see this introduced, but many people don't want GW2 to not be full of GW (aka, fail)

I don't see how having Orr explorable in GW1 will put it in GW2. Keep in mind that Orr will be raised in GW2, so there will be more of Orr in GW2, if we actually get to go there. However, in GW1, it is just a bunch of ruined islands and towns with undead walking through them, not a bunch of ruined towns and possibly swamp-like terrain from being underwater for so long.

It could be accessed through shards of Orr... it could be a mini-expansion for those that have a campaign+ eye of the north.

for Guild wars 1 its not going to happen for Guild wars 2 theres a 75% chance of orr being either a elite area, elite mission or the last mission where you fight Primordus

Imo, you're going to fight Primordus at the giant moutain in the top middle of the Tyrian map. It looks gigantic. Besides, Orr is where you would fight the undead dragon. ;3
But yeah, /halfsigned
It'd be enjoyable, but not likely to happen.

I'd love an elite area, assuming they wouldn't screw it up with a bad design like DoA /cringe. I'd like something a bit more like Sorrows.

a solo elite area would be nice. too many of them have enormous group sizes. All starts seeming like the same thing. Let's make people think! (and yes, it would have enchant removal)

Adding more elite areas or god realms would be nice. I's say save orr for gw2 though. Gives us something totally new to explore after all that time waiting

I'd like to see all the gods get an area like FoW/UW. melandru's can be like a giant forest/jungle, lyssa could have like a mirror maze place, like in the mesmer part of the dragon's lair, not sure what dwayna would get tho. any thoughts on that?

Dwayna's servants have been overcome by pimps, dealers and illegal gambling rings. Help dwayna crack down on the scum and bring peace back to the land?

uhm, signed, when it would be a kind of "time travel" to the past of orr, so that all players, that had no chance to see Orr on the Beta, will have a way to see Orr, how it was, when it isn't a destroyed Ruin ...
otherwise /notsigned, won't happen, because Orr will simple rise up with GW2 together with the Ancient Death Dragon

how ever much i would like to see something like this i would rather see some of the existing elite areas fixed like in factions or like the jade quarry but even that wont happen because "not enough time need to work on gw2" which if you ask me isnt going to be that grate because gw1 still has a lot of bugs after 3 years, and there are tons of skills that are worthless. if they cant balance 10 classes then they sure as hell wont be able to balance 4 races.
